Who We Are

Yanzee is a strategic knowledge and advisory organization focused on shaping India’s future-ready workforce, emerging technology ecosystems, and innovation-led institutions.

Founded during the global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic—a period that accelerated digital adoption and redefined employment—Yanzee emerged from a clear realization: technological change was moving faster than traditional skill systems, academic frameworks, and workforce readiness models.

We were created to bridge this gap—by enabling institutions, startups, government programs, and industry ecosystems to prepare talent, design future-skills programs, and align innovation with real-world employment needs.

Yanzee operates as a pure-play advisory and knowledge platform. We do not act as vendors or execution contractors. Our role is to guide, structure, and enable—helping stakeholders design programs, business cases, and initiatives that carry merit, credibility, and long-term value.

BETTS operates at the intersection of:

As India transitions toward an AI-driven, innovation-led economy, institutions and employers face a shared challenge:
emerging job roles are evolving faster than academic structures, project frameworks, and skill delivery models.                                                                        While talent potential is high, structured pathways to convert education into industry-ready, job-role-aligned capability remain limited.

BETTS addresses this gap by enabling universities, colleges, research institutions, startups, and government programs to design, structure, and operationalize initiatives that are:

Our role under BETTS is purely advisory and knowledge-driven.
