WHAT DRIVES US
While Yanzee is deeply focused on AI, emerging technologies, and workforce
transformation, our approach to advisory work is grounded in timeless
principles of excellence, discipline, and purposeful action.
We draw inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita, which emphasizes mastery
in work and clarity of intent—values that strongly align with how we engage
with institutions, policymakers, and ecosystem partners.
Skill in Action — Excellence through Work
“Yogaḥ karmasu
kauśhalaṃ”
— Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 50
This principle reflects our belief that true progress comes from doing
work with rigor, precision, and integrity. Every initiative we advise on is
built with structured thinking, strong logic, and long-term relevance.
Detached Dedication — Focus on Duty, Not Just Outcomes
“Karmaṇyevādhikāraste mā phaleṣu kadācana,
mā karmaphalaheturbhūrmā te saṅgo’stvakarmaṇi.”
— Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 2, Verse 47
“Work with an unwavering mind, free from expectations.
Perform your duty without attachment to the results.”
This verse defines our advisory philosophy. We focus on building sound
business cases, robust program designs, and defensible frameworks—so that
approvals, funding, and outcomes follow naturally.
Our foundation is inspired by the visionary leadership of Mr.
Arun Kr Gupta. At 100 years of age, Mr. Gupta remains a living testament to
the power of staying active and informed. Having served as the Southeast
Asia Head at GE India, he navigated the industrial transformations of the
past century.
Today, his legacy—supported by senior leaders from the Confederation
of Indian Industry (CII) and various government bodies—fuels our drive to
empower the next generation.
We believe lasting impact is built on merit and sustainability, not expediency.
