After reviewing the impact assessment of the MeitY-funded capacity-building program executed by RCCIIT, I am pleased to note its clear contribution to workforce development. The initiative effectively addressed talent gaps in AI, Cloud Computing, and Cyber Security, training 3,674 candidates with strong completion rates.
The curriculum aligns well with current industry skill demands, particularly in Python and Cloud Computing. While broader domain diversification could add further value, the program has demonstrably enhanced employability and readiness for technical roles. The 35% participation from SC, ST, and OBC groups also supports industry objectives for greater inclusion.
For future improvement, increased industry involvement in curriculum design, greater emphasis on real-world project components, and the inclusion of recognized third-party certifications are recommended to further strengthen candidate profiles.
